How do I get my ticket?
Once you purchase a pass, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a QR code. Show the QR code at the event entrance to begin your quest.
What’s the difference between Recruit, Boss, and Legend passes?
Recruit is General Admission, Boss includes VIP perks like lounge access and early merch, and Legend delivers the ultimate Super VIP experience with exclusive rewards.
Do I need the BossFightz app to attend?
The app isn’t required for entry, but downloading it unlocks XP, FREE tickets, boosts, badges, leaderboards, and special perks tied to your ticket.
Are passes refundable or transferable?
All sales are final, but you may transfer your pass to another player if you can’t attend. Contact [email protected]

What time should I arrive for the event?
Doors usually open 1–2 hours before the main activation begins. Check your confirmation email and event schedule for exact times.
Can I buy passes at the door?
We recommend purchasing online to guarantee your spot. Some events may sell out in advance, and on-site prices are not guaranteed.
